2. Delivery Timeframe
Downloads are available instantly after purchase. If you do not receive your files within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, all purchases on ScholarStash are final. We do not offer refunds once the content has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Product Issues or Mistakes
If you accidentally purchase the wrong file or encounter an error (e.g., corrupted file, wrong content), contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue or offer an appropriate solution.
